The Commercial Register Application Process

The structured commercial register application is designed to significantly simplify and expedite the process in the future.

Similar to the structured submissions available for land registry procedures, an interface for structured submissions to the commercial register is now available. This interface allows electronic applications to be generated through law office software, enabling applicants, such as notaries or attorneys, to make updates to company records based on the current state of the commercial register and submit them via the Electronic Legal Communication (ERV) system. The structured electronic submission of company formations and deletions will also be possible in the near future.
